Terms of Service — OmoRast Gaming Lounge

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online platform and services provided by OmoRast Gaming Lounge ("we", "us", or "our"). 4. Bookings, Payments, and Refunds

When you make bookings or purchases through the service, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; their terms and privacy policies apply. Cancellation and refund policies for bookings or purchases will be described at the time of purchase. If no specific policy applies, we will handle requests in a fair and reasonable manner.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OmoRast Gaming Lounge and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, but by submitting you grant OmoRast Gaming Lounge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content to provide and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OmoRast GAMING LOUNGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, IF ANY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OmoRast Gaming Lounge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our operations, or third parties. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts for the applicable venue. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice and update the Terms on the service. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OmoRast Gaming Lounge regarding the service and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
